Are brain hemorrhages always extremely painful?

I just got a headache out of nowhere about 30 minutes ago, in the same area i got an intense area like 2 months ago after sex, which persisted for like 5 days. So i have a bit of nausea, but my headache isnt like a thunderclap headache, hurts, but not that bad. So it's not a brain hemorrhage if its not extrcuiatingly painful right?
