Is there any way to get rid of sub conjuctival haemorrhage soon?

I jus got hit on my eye by an insect while riding my bike. Later it formed sub conjuctival haemorrhage and my eye is now turned into blood reddish on one part. I jus wanna know whether is there any way or remedy to remove the blood clot.
