Can a scar have fluid under it?

A scar on the scalp looks like it has fluid under it, could this be serous fluid? A few months ago, this same scar had some yellow thin like fluid coming out which someone told me it was serous fluid. The scar was hard to heal, because of damaged skin so any small trauma will open it. But now it's closed & looks like there may be fluid under.
