Is it me, or does Brad Pitt resemble Robert Redford?

I would initially have said No to this question, because I love Robert Redford & think he's very handsome. I don't like Brad Pitt, I guess it's his personality that doesn't let me see that he's not so bad looking. Those pictures do look very similar!
