13 weeks postpartum and when I cough I feel a weird movement in my vagina, please read on 10 points, need help?

I had a baby nearly 13 weeks ago. It was a vaginal birth with a few complications, baby was a big 9lbs 11oz and his shoulders got stuck in my pelvis I had an episiotomy and also hemorrhaged. Long story short i am very "aware" of my downstairs area as I'm so paranoid about my scaring to every little niggle I feel, in the last week I think, I've started feeling when I cough like inside my vagina is moving like towards the outside, it only does it when I'm sitting up and slightly leaning forward, went to the doc today and she doesn't think Ive prolapsed could she be wrong as she checked while I was lying down. Also when I go from lying down to sitting up I feel this kind of click but not in my bones in my vagina like something is moving in there. Please help I have no idea what's going on am I'm terrified!!!
