Anything that helps reduce scars?

It depends on how deep they are. They'll never go completely though. I used to SH too and my scars aren't risem either except for one. I've tried Vitamin E, Bio Oil, Cocoa Butter, honey and many others and have seen no results. I would suggest using some body cover up make up or something that will hide them because you can't get rid of them.
