Hemorrhage and second pregnancy?

this question is to anyone who has hemorrhaged in delivery (or hours after). I did with my first pregnancy and I don't wish it on anyone. It was terrifying and the attempt to fix it was beyond painful (worse than actually delivery the baby by far). it messed me up a lot and gave me PTSS. I vowed I didn't ever want to risk it again but low and behold I'm preggers again and due soon. I'm terrified I'm going to die (1 in 400 000 in Canada do) and though I know the odds aren't particularly high I know the fear that will overcome me if I start to hemorrhage, and I don't wan to *think* I'm going to die either. I'm looking for people who did hemorrhage the first time and if they went on to have more pregnancies if they hemorrhaged the second time and if it was worse. I also want to know if they were worried too, going into the second delivery.
