Would I hurt my kitten?

We just got a kitten yesterday and she sleeps in my room. I have a bed and everything set up for her but she learned how to climb my sheets ( doing them damage ). I don't want my kitten to hate me for not letting her on my bed, but will it scar her/ scare her to put some tinfoil on my bed or whenever she's about to jump on my bed crinkle it? I don't want her to dislike me and my room :(, but I have an expensive bed spread I'd like to keep in good condition, and I also have acne and I don't want her leaving behind hair and stuff on my pillowcase for me to lay my face on.
